Shipping and pickup

Orders placed by 14:00 on a business day ship the same day. The rest ship the next morning.

We ship abroad on request. Tell us where and we’ll work out the cost.

Packing

We pack every record in a rigid vinyl mailer with cardboard corner protectors. We take the record out of the sleeve and put it alongside, in a new anti-static inner sleeve, so it can’t split the sleeve from the inside in transit. The sleeve gets a protective plastic cover.

Payments

• BLIK, Poland’s mobile payment system, with a code from your banking app.
• Instant bank transfer through your bank’s website.
• Payment card on the payment operator’s page.
• Standard bank transfer: we ship once the payment clears and hold the records for 3 business days.
• In the shop by cash or card.

Returns and complaints

You have 14 days to return anything without giving a reason, used records included.

1. Email sklep@rowek.test your order number and which records you’re sending back.
2. Pack the records the way they arrived and ship the parcel.
3. We’ll refund you within 5 business days of receiving it.

If a used record plays worse than we described on the listening card, we also refund the shipping both ways. A new record with a pressing defect? We’ll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Record condition

We wash used records and listen to them in full. We grade the record and the sleeve separately, as NM, VG+, VG or G+. You can hear every grade in the article How we grade a record.
